Introduction

A post conviction lawyer must change the stories in his clients case.  There has been a conviction, a sentencing and the mark of cain has been placed upon the person.  They enter prison broken and looking for some good news.  The post conviction lawyer starts with the appellate process dealing with issues in the trial or plea itself.  They then move on to the post conviction arena and ultimately habeas releif.  I hope this blog will provide some insight into what i do and how i do it.
